{"id":4492,"date":"2021-12-20T15:06:35","date_gmt":"2021-12-20T20:06:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noticias.sunrisecargo.com\/?p=4492"},"modified":"2021-12-20T15:06:37","modified_gmt":"2021-12-20T20:06:37","slug":"colombia-y-ecuador-firman-memorando-de-entendimiento-para-promover-emprendimiento-en-israel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noticias.sunrisecargo.com\/?p=4492","title":{"rendered":"Colombia y Ecuador firman Memorando de Entendimiento para promover emprendimiento en Israel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Ecuador es el segundo destino para las exportaciones de bienes no minero energ\u00e9ticos que hace Colombia y participa con el 8,7% de esa canasta.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"921\" height=\"520\" src=\"https:\/\/noticias.sunrisecargo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image-8.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4507\" srcset=\"https:\/\/noticias.sunrisecargo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image-8.png 921w, https:\/\/noticias.sunrisecargo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image-8-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/noticias.sunrisecargo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/image-8-768x434.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 921px) 100vw, 921px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificar wp-block-paragraph\">Los ministros de Comercio, Industria y Turismo de Colombia, Mar\u00eda Ximena Lombana Villalba, y de Producci\u00f3n, Comercio Exterior, Inversiones y Pesca de Ecuador, Julio Prado, firmaron un Memorando de Entendimiento para promover, de manera articulada con otros actores, la innovaci\u00f3n y el emprendimiento en el ecosistema de Israel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificar wp-block-paragraph\">Hay que recordar que desde noviembre iNNpulsa estableci\u00f3 en Israel una oficina con el objetivo de conectar los ecosistemas de emprendimiento e innovaci\u00f3n de ambos pa\u00edses a trav\u00e9s de la presencia permanente de un Agregado Comercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificar wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora la firma del documento entre Colombia y Ecuador se dio en el marco del X Gabinete Binacional que se desarroll\u00f3 en Cartagena y que fue liderado por los presidentes de los dos pa\u00edses, Iv\u00e1n Duque M\u00e1rquez y Guillermo Lasso Mendoza. En el Memorando se establecen una serie de actividades que se realizar\u00e1n entre los dos pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificar wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCon este Memorando, que tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de 5 a\u00f1os prorrogables, expresamos el inter\u00e9s mutuo&nbsp;de participar articuladamente con varios actores para promover el emprendimiento y la innovaci\u00f3n en el ecosistema de Israel. Por ejemplo, una de las actividades a desarrollar tiene que ver con la estructuraci\u00f3n de los servicios que estar\u00e1n a disposici\u00f3n de la comunidad, siempre con el prop\u00f3sito de atender al objetivo trazado\u201d, dijo la Ministra Lombana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificar wp-block-paragraph\">Dentro de las actividades est\u00e1, por ejemplo, explorar estrategias conjuntas para la creaci\u00f3n y conformaci\u00f3n de una oficina binacional que permanezca en el tiempo y que impulse el emprendimiento. Igualmente, se deber\u00e1 establecer un marco de actuaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de conflictos de inter\u00e9s y dem\u00e1s asuntos relacionados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificar wp-block-paragraph\">De otra parte, durante el desarrollo del X Gabinete se habl\u00f3 sobre el inter\u00e9s de fortalecer el comercio entre los dos pa\u00edses, que supera los US$2.240 millones.
